Shipping Policy

Here's exactly how shipping works at Wara Home. These are real numbers, not best-case numbers.

Timelines

• Handling time: 1–3 business days. This is the time between your order and the moment it ships.
• Transit time: 7–17 business days after shipping.
• Total: plan on roughly 1.5–4 weeks from order to doorstep. Most orders land sooner, but that's the honest window.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 3pm Eastern count as the next business day.

Why it takes that long

We don't run a warehouse. Most pieces ship directly from our production partners, many of which are overseas. That's how we keep a curated catalog without marking everything up to cover storage. The trade-off is transit time, and we'd rather tell you that here than have you find out after checkout.

Cost

• Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (before tax, after any discounts).
• Orders under $99 are charged the standard rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We'll expand once we can commit to honest timelines elsewhere.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after the label is created; that's normal for international routes. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Multiple items

If you order more than one piece, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each shipment. You are never charged extra for split shipments.

Delays

Customs, weather, and carrier backlogs happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll either locate it or make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately; we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once it's in transit we can't redirect it, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
