Shipping policy

Where We Ship. We currently ship within the United States only. (Update this line when international zones open — it must always match your actual shipping zones in Settings → Shipping and delivery.)

Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Transit Time. Delivery typically takes 7–17 business days after processing — roughly 1.5–4 weeks total. We appreciate your patience; our items are worth the wait.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, email support@warahome.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. (Confirm this matches your actual Shopify shipping rates — free shipping thresholds or flat rates must match what checkout charges.)

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery window with photos where applicable, and we'll refund or reship at no cost to you.

Address Changes. If you need to change your shipping address, email support@warahome.com within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot reroute orders once shipped.
