These terms govern your use of warahome.com and any purchase you make from Wara Home. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Wara Home is an online store based in the United States. You can reach us at support@warahome.com.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock problems; if we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering, including a correct shipping address. See our shipping policy for what happens with address errors.
Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We show the actual price of every item; we do not display inflated "compare at" prices.
Payment is taken when you place the order. We use third-party payment processors and never store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
Handling, transit, and cost details are in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, though we commit to making it right if an order is lost or unreasonably late.

Products
We do our best to describe products accurately and photograph them true to life. Colors can render differently across screens, and handmade or natural-material items (stoneware, linen, wood, rattan) will show small variations. That's part of the material, not a defect. Dimensions are listed on each product page; please check them before ordering.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can't be added afterward. One code per order unless stated otherwise. We can end a promotion at any time.
Your account and conduct
You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content without permission.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, images, and branding belong to Wara Home or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites or services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Wara Home harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
