How do I set it up?
It sets up in minutes with no tools. The set ships without printed instructions, so if you'd like a hand, email support@warahome.com or reach us through our contact page and we'll walk you through setup.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and are delivered 7–17 business days after that, with tracking. Order by November 24 to have it before Christmas even at our longest estimate.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it, unused and in its original box (return shipping is paid by the buyer). If it arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it: free replacement or full refund.
Is there a warranty?
It's covered by our 1-year limited warranty, starting on the delivery date, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If it fails, email support@warahome.com with your order number and a photo or short video and we'll replace it or refund it. Damage from accidents, misuse or water isn't covered. This is in addition to the 30-day return window.
