    Will it fit my space?

    Dimensions are listed under Details, in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes or unsure how a piece will sit, email us a photo of the spot and we'll tell you straight.
    Does the color match the photos?

    We shoot on neutral backgrounds in daylight so colors read true, but every screen renders warmth a little differently. Natural materials (stoneware, linen, wood, rattan) also vary slightly piece to piece. That's the material, not a defect.
    How long does shipping take?

    Handling is 1–3 business days, then 7–17 business days in transit. Most pieces ship directly from our production partners, which is why it's longer than a domestic warehouse. You get tracking the moment it ships.
    What if it arrives damaged?

    Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund, usually without asking you to ship anything back.
    Can I return it if it doesn't work in the room?

    Yes. 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us for a return authorization first. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we cover it if we got something wrong.
