You have 30 days from delivery to return it, uninstalled and in its original box (return shipping is paid by the buyer). If it arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it: free replacement or full refund.
Is there a warranty?
It's covered by our 1-year limited warranty, starting on the delivery date, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use. If it fails, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video and we'll replace it or refund it. Damage from accidents, misuse or water isn't covered. This is in addition to the 30-day return window.
